Thank you for your interest in our beach rental on the Long Beach Peninsula. Our affordable duplex rental is a frequent favorite for our neighbors, family and friends who enjoy a clean, comfortable and home-like environment that is close to the beach and convenient to many points of interest on the peninsula. We hope you'll join us for your next vacation!

Here are some pictures & descriptions of our rental:

Each side of the duplex has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, full kitchen with dishwasher, living room with fireplace, couch with hide-a-bed, fire place, cable TV with dvd/vcr player and a phone for local calls, games, books, puzzles, etc. All linens are provided and the kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, sugar, coffee and all the basics. A washer and dryer is also provided. The large deck with picnic table and lawn furniture looks over the backyard with gas BBQ and firewood for the fireplace or backyard fire pit.

The duplex is in the core of the peninsula, mid-way between Long Beach and Ocean Park. It is on the ocean side with a short walk to the beach. To find us, go north out of Long Beach toward Ocean Park 3.5 miles.

At 138th you will see the Andersen's RV Park sign on the left (ocean) side of the road. Our cream colored duplex is on the north (right) side of the road before you cross 'N' street into the park.

Cleaning Fees & Check Out Times

We require a $100 cleaning deposit. If you leave the rental as clean as you found it the full deposit will be refunded. There is a list of necessary chores for a full refund.

If you choose to do an abbreviated clean, up to $75 of your deposit will be refunded depending on how thoroughly you clean.

Full service cleaning costs begin at $45 and advance notice is required.

If you are doing a thorough cleaning, check out is 2 p.m.

If you are doing an abbreviated cleaning or require full cleaning assistance, check out is 11 a.m.

Each side of the duplex can accomodate up to 6 people. Standard rates are for up to four, so let us know if you'll have more company. No additional charge for up to two children under 6 years old. There is an additional charge for pre-approved pets.
